The new version 1.0.6 of Custom Blocks & Redirections come with his new function to be fully compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions. The functions and shortcodes was tested with the latest version of WooCommerce 3.7.0

Improved WooCommerce Subscriptions Compatibility
(Now Custom Blocks takes control of the action links that appear both in the subscription table, and in the related subscriptions and related orders.)
New Shortcode [woo_mysubscriptions] that replaces the original WooCommerce Subscriptions, use it if you are building your custom account page in the container you have for subscriptions.
New Added new field in the PERSONALIZED REDIRECTIONS function that allows adding the subscription container ID. If you are not going to use the shortcode, add in the ID field of the subscription container the same ID of the order container. In the case of using the shortcode, add in the ID field of the subscription container the ID of the subscription container.
New Shortcode in use detector, a new automatic functionality that CUSTOM BLOCKS & REDIRECTIONS has to help you achieve perfect compatibility, whether you use the shortcode or not.
